Area Education Agency members are a vital link in maintaining Iowa's top-quality public education system. Whether you're a teacher, a consultant, a psychologist, a social worker, a speech and language clinician -- or whether you perform one of the countless other sevices provided by Iowa's Area Education Agencies -- you give Iowa's students and teachers that extra help and support that makes a real difference.

The ISEA has a long history of advocating for the AEAs and their employees. In fact, the Association was instrumental in securing passage of legislation that created the agencies back in the early 1970s
