Communications & public relations
Giving members news and information they can't get anywhere else is an important part of what we do here at the ISEA. At the centerpiece of our communications program is the ISEA Communique, our tabloid print publication which is published seven times during the school year. On top of that we produce a wide variety of print and electronic publications specially geared to members' special needs.
Just as important, however, is our work to communicate with the public. We know how important it is to bring your story to business and political leaders and to our fellow Iowans. That's why we've developed good working relationships with reporters and are looked upon as the premiere source for information about education-related issues. What's more, we use a variety of media including radio, television, and print advertising to get our messages out.
