Understanding Real Colors
This is the first of two courses replacing Using Real Colors. Understanding Real Colors takes the content from the Real Colors workshop and allows participants to more deeply understand temperament styles and preferences. Most of the course is experiential as participants explore and react to materials, with a well-trained instructor guiding the many processing discussions. Participants will take the Real Colors Temperament Assessment, engage in a variety of discussions designed to demonstrate temperament preferences, focus on strengths of each temperament style, address what causes stress and anger for the various temperaments, consider work with students and others, learn how to see and name temperament styles of other people, and learn the basic theory behind Real Colors. This class is a pre-requisite for Applying Real Colors , which focuses on use of Real Colors in the workplace and school.
